 This yearling daughter of Ray of Light is from the purebred mare Bluegrass Dantielle (BPL Dante x Bluegrass Abdication).  Taken on July 10th, this happy snap shows the lovely Diamond Dream continues to grow more and more beautiful with each day. Sired by Ray of Light from Ja-rob Chantilly Laaice, this rising two year old filly is currently in training with Michelle Thomas in QLD, and is a joy for her owner Karin Bardi.

 The 2010 Australian National Arabian Championships saw Ray of Light compete with handler Jason Hodgins against a number of very beautiful stallions to be awarded Reserve Champion Part Arabian Stallion. As this was to be his last appearance at halter we were a little dissapointed, however he was first on points (under the three judge system) and much praised by members of the crowd.

 The buckskin colt Diamond Road Identity (Ray of Light x Badet BGA) has been sold to Samntha Foster of Luddenham in Sydney. Samantha is the owner of another buckskin colt bred by us, Diamond Road Aureous. We wish Samantha every success with her buckskin boys, look out for them in the show ring.

 In December 2009 Diamond Road Arabians were lucky enough to have famed photographer Scott Trees visit the farm to photograph a number of our horses. The horses all behaved beautifully, in no small part due to the cool and calm atmosphere that having Scott at the helm ensures. At left, Scott explains to handler Jared how to position Ray of Light.
