Azmara is a mare I have always admired greatly. On my first visit to Syrah, that fateful day when I fell in love with Vesuvio and his family, there were two stand out bay mares, who together made their way to the front of every group, calmy accepting carrots from their guests. These mares were Essafa and Azmara. Essafa came home with me, and I am now thrilled to be able to lease the first daughter of Azmara, Azuraa.
