Taani's Joy was one of our original Naadirah granddaughters that built our stud. She was an aged mare when she came to live with us, and had previously only had one foal. His name was Raaj, and he was one of the last Mustafa sons.
Taani's Joy did not conceive a foal while she was with us. We bred her to BGA Naadir (Nahda x Naafisa) on her trip from Victoria, but it was not to be. Although she was 16 years at the time, we trained her to be ridden and she was a fun little mare to explore the bush on.
Like many of our Victorian girls, Taani's Joy suffered from QLD Itch here and so she went back to Melbourne to our good friends at Victoria Park. She went in foal to their Prince Fa Moniet stallion, and had a lovely grey filly who is named in honour of her mother and grandmother.
