Shala Al Nadira was the first foal born to Nefisa after she came to live with us.
We bred her to the powerful bay son of Sanadik El Shaklan, Khamsin ERA. We admired greatly the dam of Khamsin ERA, the American import Bint Bint Faaris, and thus thought this would make an excellent breeding.
In due course a charming bay filly was born, and we named her Shala Al Nadira.
Like many of our mares, we have not bred from her extensively and she has been a treasured riding horse. We did lease her to our friends at Ben and Myra and they bred a very nice colt from her, who sadly died as a yearling. Again while leased out, Shala produced a fully who died in an accident.
Thankfully Shala has produced a lovely colt for us in 2025.
